Service Learning
Ohio State Lima students are engaged in service learning courses on our
campus. These classes combine academics with service in the community.
What students learn in class is directly related to their community based
placements, and in turn what they learn in the community is discussed in
the classroom
We currently have service learning classes in education, Family Financial
Management English and communications. This is a growing pedagogy on our
campus.

On-going community partnerships
Ford PAS program: In partnership with Ford and the Lima City

We will also support the PAS program implementation at Bath Schools and in
the new Multiple Intelligences Smaller School in the new Lima Senior High
School.
New program development
