Donna currently serves as the Coordinator of Career Services. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She also has a Master of Arts Degree in College Student Personnel/Higher Ed Administration from Bowling Green State University. Donna earned postgraduate expertise in Psychology and Sociology at Ohio Northern University.

Donna attended the Judicial Affairs Institute at Bowling Green State University in 1993 and 1994. She has been a member of the National Association of Colleges and Employers since 1983 and The Ohio College Personnel Association. She serves as an executive board member for The Ohio College Personnel Association and is the current chair of the University Career Services Committee.
