A Mock Interview is a 30-minute appointment and is a simulation of a real interview. It is conducted by employers who have graciously donated their time to assist Ohio State Lima students. Students are interviewed based on a previously compiled list of interview questions that are traditional and behavior-based. Immediately following the interview, the student receives feedback on his/her interview skills, how questions were answered, body language, etc., and an evaluation.
