May 23, 2012: S. O. S. - Student Organizations Serve: Blood Drive Every minute of every day, someone needs blood. That blood can only come from a volunteer donor, a person like you who makes the choice to donate. There is no substitute for your donation. When you make a blood donation, you join a very select group. Currently only three out of every 100 people in America donate blood.

May 24, 2012: Final Presentations for Master of Education Students Early and Middle Childhood teacher candidates will present their final capstone presentations. These presentations will take place every 30 minutes in the rooms listed. The powerpoint will include how they have progressed through the master’s program linking standards to coursework to work in the field.

May 29, 2012: Music of Broadway Dinner Theatre Concert University Chorale, University Chorus, and Carmony present "Music of Broadway," a dinner theatre concert fundraiser for the Ohio State Lima choirs. Come have dinner while enjoying music from Broadway favorites such as IPhantom of the Opera, Les Miserables, Rent, and many more! Tickets are $15 dollars, available through the Ohio State Lima Music Department. Seating is limited for this show. Please contact Matthew Young for more information. May 30, 2012: What’s on Wednesday: Goodbye to Quarters Finale "Goodbye to Quarters" allows students, staff and faculty acknowledge the change that is about to take place from the quarter system to semester system. "Goodbye to Quarters" is a symbolic opportunity that will allow students, staff and faculty to say goodbye to the quarter system. It has been ten weeks of tossing in quarters. Stop by for this "Goodbye to Quarters Finale Celebration" to see you many quarters were raised for charity.

May 31, 2012: Music Concert The University Chorus and University Chorale under the direction of Mr. Matthew Young will perform in a joint concert with the University Concert and Pep Bands under the direction of Mr. Richard Sherrick.The accompanist for the choirs will be Dr. Margaret Young. This concert is free and open to the public.

June 01, 2012: 2012 Academic Awards Ceremony Ohio State Lima students will be honored for their academic excellence across the disciplines. Students receiving degrees will be acknowledged for their achievement. Degrees are presented at the graduation ceremony in Columbus. Faculty award recipients in the areas of research, teaching, and student mentorship will also be recognized.
