Nov 2: Winter quarter book orders due (forms to Denise Mooney, Bookstore)

Nov 13-16: Swan Lake. Children's theatre school performances, Martha Farmer Theatre

Jan 4: Master schedule for 2008/2009 due. Coordinators will have the opportunity to review quarterly schedules prior to each quarter.

Jan 18: Request for faculty search proposals for 2008/2009 issued by Associate Dean's office

Feb 22: Proposals for 2008/2009 faculty searches due. Copies to Dean, Associate Dean, and Academic Planning Committee.
Feb 24: Rosencrantz & Guildenstern are Dead, 8pm nightly, Stage 2, Reed Hall, 2pm.

March 2008:

Mar 1: Nominations due for Violet I. Meek Town & Gown award. Forms available in PS208
Mar 3: Annual reviews for Visiting Assistant Professors, Lecturers, and Program Coordinators begin. Make an appointment with Associate Dean's office to ensure reviews are completed by April 30. Turn in review materials to Associate Dean's office one week before your appointment.
Mar 6: Choral Concert, The OSU Lima Chorus, Reed Hall 8pm
Mar 10-13: finals week
Mar 14: Nominations due for Hall of Fame Award. Forms available from Amanda Miller or the campus web site.
Mar 15: Nominations due for Student Trustee member of OSU Lima Board of Trustees due. Forms available in PS208.

May 14: Faculty Assembly meeting, Wednesday 12:30.
May 29: Concert, OSU Lima Chorus, 8pm St. John's Church.
May 30: Academic Awards Ceremony, reception to follow, 7pm Martha Farmer Theatre

June 1: Annual Report information dure in the Communication's Office. Electronic submission required.
June 2-5: finals week
June 6: Autumn Quarter 2008 book orders due for Spring Quarter repeats, forms to Denise Mooney, bookstore. This is for books also used in the Spring and already in stock.
June 16: Summer classes begin (Monday)
