Need help?  Need a/v equipment for a classroom?  Did your computer crash?

The help desk is the primary contact place for Technology Services, Distance Learning, Classroom Services, audio/visual requests, computer hardware/software/network support, and Lima BuckID support.

Normal hours of operation are Monday-Thursday 8 a.m.-7 p.m., Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m.  Hours may vary slightly quarter to quarter.
