Backing up Outlook .PST files

Backing up Outlook .PST files requires the download and installation of an additional tool from Microsoft, which can be viewed here

This tool will work with Outlook 2007, as well as 2003, 2003, and 2000.

Once the backup tool is installed, the Backup option is available in the File Menu.  To use it, select File | Backup, then click the Options button.



You may select the folder you wish to backup, and set an automatic reminder.
